My Experience To Help Setting Klipsch HD 500 Which Is The Best Home Theater System
We have owned this Klipsch HD 500 for 2 weeks. We've them linked to a Denon AVR-790 receiver. I am thrilled with all the results - while I include an unconventional setup. The living room and kitchen are conected as one 10 x 20 foot room - with a cathedral ceiling. Yikes!

This Klipsch HD 500 is the first surround sound system, and suffice to say, I appeared to be overwhelmed with all the many 5.1 choices between the actual HTIB (Home theater in a box ) and all the individual receivers having separate speaker systems. However, I'm not only a newbie to great sound. I really could join that AARP easily wanted for you to!
Anyways, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased the Klipsch HD 500 after quite a few months of research online and hearing them at my local electronics warehouse save. The store set it up an offer I couldn't reject.
My conditions were i needed smaller speakers for the decor and the loss of space. The Klipsch HD 500 fit the balance. Moreover, the 8 inch powered subwoofer is plenty of ooomph for TV, music, and movies. A pleasant thunder!
My center speaker rests to the TV stand in front on the LCD TV on the particular Klipsch supplied rubber mat to store it it is in place. It's inconspicuous and does the career of keeping the center speaker stationary. I purchased a few inexpensive speaker stands for the 2 front speakers.
I mounted the 2 rear speakers "in your "kitchen" about the opposite wall that the TV is on. I appreciate the satellite speakers all feature plastic adjustable wall mounts that it is possible to position to your head. I needed the mounts to placement the rears horizontally at 8 feet above the floor pointing toward the chairs. I ran my rear speaker wires under the floor in the crawl space to hide them. That will helps!
The one negative comment Relating to on the Klipsch HD 500 is the plastic spring-clip connectors on the back of the speakers. It may seem low-cost - but not in a good way. I took off a star on the rating for the features due to that. But they do hold my 18 guage wire just fine. More over, I bought and used banana plugs to connect the some other end of the speakers to my Denon receiver. What a more secure connection. Nevertheless it's the sound I was after and also the connections just necessary to connect. Every one do.
I used that easy-to-use Audyssey auto-setup that came with my Denon receiver to balance the sound and voila! Instant home theater! O . k, so them took just a little longer than an immediate, but the outcomes are just simply amazing.
Therefore, after ONLY TWO weeks of using the sweet sounds of 5.1 I wouldn't normally hesitate to be able to recommend the Klipsch HD 500 to anyone who would like crisp, clear, and big sound! I really like em! Make love Klipsch HD 500!
