why do most people cover the car plate numbers when they post car pictures online?
i see most car pictures (pre-owned), specifically on selling sites with plate numbers covered, why do they have to?
to prevent tracing the owner/location of the vehicle.....prevents theft of the vehicle from the owner and possible vandalism.....
