How the s-76 rotor brake works?

I know that there's actually 2 turbines (you know right after the combustion chamber) There not connected and there for the exhuast gas drive the transmission and they put a brake on the turbine and stops the rotors but anyone have any detailed diagrams or links to go to?

I know on the MH-60 the engine has a free wheeling power turbine connected to an output shaft. The rotor brake stops the shaft after the power turbine.

It's kind of like holding a cealing fan and then turning it on, but still holding the fan.
